Those I love and who are close to me know I underwent heart surgery recently.
I'm really sorry for the emotional pain I caused them, but my physical pain was something else!!

Today my surgeon Mr Zamvar (he has many hits on google but I like this one the best

declared me 'fit', so I thought I'd share some (probably bad) poetry

I'm pleased that this retouch was chosen by the person asking for it on the dpreview Retouch Forum as his Christmas card.

August in Edinburgh has to mean the Festival Fringe.

Circumstances will allow me to spend some time taking images through the opening week, including the Cavalcade on Sunday 3rd August...look out for the gallery!
